FLIGHT LEAD

The FLIGHT LEAD Course is designed to focus on Leadership and Followership. These two areas are critical to overall mission success. We will introduce what good leadership looks like, and give examples of poor leadership. CAS and Roscoe have benefited from having great leaders and performing on elite teams.  The fundamentals of leading from the front are foundational to Flight Leadership. We will also give detailed instruction and practical exercises on how to be humble, approachable, and credible.
